Joist and Decking Installation

Our team set out to install a traditional wooden joist set designed to serve as the foundational framework for a floor. The horizontal joists that span the structure from one side to the other were carefully aligned and securely fastened to ledgers and beams at each end. The accurate spacing and secure attachment are crucial to ensuring the structural integrity of the floor and ceiling in any building project.

Once the joists were securely in place, the project advanced to the decking phase. Here, wooden panels were laid over the joists to form a stable, continuous floor surface. Each panel was precisely aligned and attached, adding further stability to the framework and providing a robust base for subsequent flooring materials laying the groundwork for future phases of construction.
